every ending is a beginning
in the process of living sometimes what we perceive will be a breaking, actually arrives to us as an unfolding, a blossoming, an emergence of new life. Whether internally or in relationships, giving space to our feelings for every ending and new beginning is to allow ourselves to just be

We are light looking out at light. To say that what we most need is outside of ourselves, forever in the distance and hard to reach, is perhaps useful for a time if we’re trying to avoid discomfort, but inevitably overlooking and diminishing that which shines inherently within each of us, will just become something that we used to do.

the wave is always greener on the other side of the hedge. Feeling attracted to desire, sustains whatever sense of lack is present. We often waste energy constructing fantasies to get high on desire attraction and avoid uncomfortable feelings. This is really different to simply enjoying an experience. I often find usefulness in considering what function desire is playing in my life and noticing how different this is from the presence of gratitude and self acceptance.
